Pastor’s Perspective

“JESUS’ MINISTRY” is time-tested, Biblically sound, exciting and truly relevant in our lives each and every day.

At Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, we embrace the opportunity to provide a meaningful and vibrant ministry that mirrors the ministry of Jesus-head of the church- throughout our constantly changing community.

Many churches have become stagnant and complacent when confronting varying ills and issues today. We work diligently, at Tabernacle, utilizing the principles of growth through the word of God to offer hope, healing, restoration, liberation and salvation throughout Asheville, NC and beyond.

It is our ministry mandate to reach out to the burdened, bruised, bound, hurt, homeless, hopeless, sick and sorrowful. Disciple making remains a fervent focus of our church and with new and existing members the true sense of belonging will be realized and enjoyed.
